Each corset at Vanilla Handmade is lovingly made to order — just for you! That’s why we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for custom pieces based on size or style changes.

But don’t worry — your happiness means everything to us.

If something isn’t right (like a damaged item or an error in your order), just send us a message within 7 days of delivery at vanillalingerie19@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. We can offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are covered only if the mistake was on our side.
  • Since everything is handmade and custom-fit, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a problem with the order.
